Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed welcome email with driving directions, parking info, and access instructions (including door codes, if applicable). All cabins are located within the Smoky Mountains region, in and near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Pittman Center.
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all our cabins at no additional cost. Network details and passwords are provided in your welcome email and are also posted inside each cabin.
Some of our cabins are pet-friendly. If you're bringing a pet, please be sure to choose a pet-allowed unit and notify us in advance. A pet fee may apply. Unauthorized pets may result in penalties.

While it can be an exciting experience, please remember to observe from a distance, never feed the animals, and avoid leaving food, trash, or coolers outside. Keeping wildlife wild helps ensure a safe and respectful environment for both guests and animals.
